Chili Mac and Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
-8 ounces dry elbow macaroni, uncooked
-1 can (15oz each) Wolf Brand Chili No Beans
-1 can (10oz each) Ro*Tel Mild (or original) diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
-1 package (8oz each) Velveeta, cut into cubes
Directions:
-Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain and return to pan.
-Add chili, drained tomatoes and Velveeta to macaroni; cook over medium heat 5 minutes more or until Velveeta melts, stirring occasionally.

Spinach Walnut Penne
-2 cups reduced sodium vegetable broth
-1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano- No Salt Added, undrained
-2 cups dry multigrain penne pasta, uncooked
-2 tablespooons Fleischmann's made with olive oil spread
-1 package (6oz each) baby spinach leaves
-1/3 cup chopped walnuts
-1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Combine broth, undrained tomatoes, pasta and Fleischmann's in large skillet. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally. Cover skillet, reduce heat to medium and cook 15 minutes or just until pasta is tender.
2. Stir in spinach and cook 3-4 minutes or until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with walnuts and cheese just before serving.

Baked "Fried" Chicken!
We hope you enjoy this recipe for Baked "Fried" Chicken!
Ingredients:
-Pam original cooking spray
-18 round buttery-flavored crackers, crushed into crumbs
-3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (5oz each)
-1/3 cup Parkay Original Spread Tub, melted
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside. Combine cracker crumbs, cheese and garlic powder in shallow dish and set aside.
-Brush both sides of each chicken breast with Parkay.
-Roll each breast in crumb mixture and place coated breasts on baking sheet.
-Bake 20-25 minutes until there is no pink in the center and the internal temperature of the chicken is 165 degrees.
